How does the rental process work?
It’s simple: Browse the collections, book your date with a 25% refundable security deposit on your rental's subtotal, receive your flowers 3–5 days before your event, celebrate, and return them within 2 days post your event in the original packaging. The return label will be included with your return order. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders over $1000 include FREE shipping.
Can I see the flowers before renting?
Yes! Choose a Sample Box from four bridesmaids bouquets so you can see the textures, colors, and quality firsthand before you book.
Do the flowers look real?
Absolutely. All designs are crafted with premium faux blooms — roses, peonies, hydrangeas, eucalyptus, and more — hand-arranged for a natural, lifelike look that photographs beautifully.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! Custom orders include a 30-minute consultation, inspiration review, simple digital mockup, and a $150 design fee. Final pricing matches our standard rental catalog. Custom favorites may become new shop collections.
How far in advance should I book?
Most couples book 6–12 months before their wedding. We recommend reserving your date early to guarantee collection availability.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Wedding rentals require a $500 minimum to ensure high-quality service, delivery/shipping workflow, and guaranteed availability for your date.
Do you ship nationwide?
We deliver locally in Lynchburg, VA and surrounding counties — and we ship to all contiguous U.S. states. When you spend $1000 or more, your florals ship free!
Do I have to return the flowers?
Yes. All rentals must be returned in their original condition using the provided return packaging. Your security deposit, which is 25% of your subtotal, is refunded after items are checked in.
What if my event date changes?
You may change your event date up to two times at no additional cost, pending availability for the new date.
What is your refund policy?
All bookings are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your date twice for free. Design fees for custom orders are also non-refundable.
What if I lose my return label?
I'm so sorry you lost your label. Send us an email and we will get you a replacement.
Do you offer florals for non-wedding events?
Yes! We provide florals for corporate events, home décor installations, holiday parties, baby showers, galas, graduations, and church events.
