Company: Miles of Rosies Flowers, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

Hey friend! We know planning your wedding takes a lot of heart (and spreadsheets). Because we custom-pack every order and reserve your flowers just for your big day, all sales are final once booked. We’re happy to help you change your date up to two times, as long as your flowers are still available.

We also want to make sure every bride gets flowers as beautiful as yours, so please return them in their original condition. If something is missing or damaged, your 25% security deposit helps us replace it — but you’ll get it back once everything checks out. No stress, no surprises, just beautiful blooms and peace of mind.

1. General Policy

All products provided by Miles of Rosies Flowers are rental items intended for temporary use. Due to the nature of our business and the time-sensitive nature of wedding and event rentals, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been made. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in its entirety.

2. Cancellations and Date Changes

We understand that plans may change.

  • Customers are permitted up to two (2) date changes, subject to product availability.

  • Requests for date changes must be made in writing to hello@milesofrosies.com at least 35 days prior to the original event date.

  • Date changes requested less than 35 days prior to the event may not be accommodated and will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Cancellations for any reason will not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to event postponement, venue changes, weather conditions, or personal circumstances.

3. Security Deposits

Certain rental items may require a refundable security deposit of 25% of the subtotal of your rental (or as otherwise specified on the invoice).

  • The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after all items are returned, inspected, and found to be in their original condition.

  • If items are missing, damaged, stained, or show excessive wear, the deposit will be forfeited and additional charges may apply at 1.5x the replacement cost per item.

4. Return of Rental Items

All rental items must be returned in their original packaging and condition by the return date specified on the invoice.

  • Items not returned by the due date will incur a late fee of $25 per day until returned or declared lost.

  • Customers are responsible for using the prepaid return label and shipping the items promptly.

  • If using local pickup or drop-off, arrangements must be made in advance through official communication channels.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Unreturned Items

Customers assume full responsibility for the care of rental items from the time of delivery or pickup until their return.

  • Items that are lost, stolen, or returned damaged beyond repair will be billed at 1.5x the replacement cost.

  • Failure to remit payment for damages within 7 days of notification may result in additional collection fees and legal action.

6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Custom-designed floral arrangements

  • Sample boxes (unless otherwise specified in promotional offers)

  • Items purchased outright (non-rental)

  • Shipping or handling fees

7. Refunds for Security Deposits Only

Refunds apply only to security deposits as outlined in Section 3.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Miles of Rosies Flowers reserves the right to inspect returned items and determine eligibility for deposit refund at its sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Miles of Rosies Flowers, LLC is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, allergic reaction, or financial loss arising from the use or misuse of rental products.
By renting from us, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miles of Rosies Flowers, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your event or use of our products.

9. Policy Modifications

Miles of Rosies Flowers, LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of booking will govern all transactions.
